Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via live chat and messaging platforms
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a friendly tone
  • Assist customers with orders, billing, account issues, and technical concerns
  • Document chat interactions and update customer records in CRM systems
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to appropriate teams
  • Meet performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain consistency in brand voice and communication standards
  • Follow company procedures and data privacy guidelines

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent (minimum requirement)
  • Additional training or certification in customer service or communication is a plus
Skills and Competencies
  • Excellent written communication and typing skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple chat sessions simultaneously
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with chat and CRM tools
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in written responses
  • Ability to stay calm and professional in fast-paced environments
Experience
  • Previous experience in customer service, chat support, or online support preferred
  • Entry-level candidates with strong writing and communication skills may be considered
