We're seeking a talented Full Stack WordPress Developer to design, build, and maintain high-quality websites and web applications. You'll handle both front-end and back-end development, ensuring top performance, security, and user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and customize WordPress themes, plugins, and APIs to meet functional and performance requirements.
  • Implement responsive, cross-platform designs optimized for SEO, AI-driven search ranking, speed, and user experience across macOS, Windows, and mobile.
  • Integrate AI optimization tools for content analysis, automated metadata generation, and search performance improvements.
  • Manage PHP/MySQL back-end, integrations, and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Ensure site security, regular backups, and version control (Git or similar).
  • Apply structured data / schema markup to improve discoverability and enhance AI understanding of site content.
  • Maintain AI citeability by ensuring all published content is verifiable and backed by authoritative sources.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
  • Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (React/Vue a plus), PHP, and MySQL.
  • Skilled in API integrations and modern dev tools (Git, npm, Composer, Webpack).
  • Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, structured data, and AI-based content optimization strategies.
  • Understanding of AI-powered analytics and how to apply them for website improvement.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with headless WordPress/JAMstack.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD and cloud hosting.
  • UI/UX design skills.
