ISO Supervisor

Position Summary:

The Supervisor for the QAQC Department is responsible for leading and overseeing key quality control processes related to raw materials, audits, and sorting activities. The position ensures the highest standards of material inspection, compliance with internal and external audits, and efficient documentation management. The role also involves supporting the implementation of environmental surveys and audits, providing leadership for supplier-related quality control, and driving improvements in quality assurance processes.

Scope and Responsibilities:

• Act as the point of contact for the organization with external bodies related to ISO standards
• Develop, implement, and manage the organization's ISO Quality Management System
• Organize and conduct internal ISO audits to assess the effectiveness of the Quality Management System
• Coordinate and communicate with all departments to ensure ISO standards are followed
• Provide training and guidance to staff regarding ISO standards, requirements, and changes
• Prepare and present ISO reports and performance data to management
• Lead the resolution process of any non-compliance issues identified from audits
• Ensure that all regulatory ISO documents are well maintained and up to date
• Conduct risk assessments to identify potential areas of non-compliance
• Act as the main point of contact for ISO certification body and related matters
• Coordinate, prepare, and lead ISO audits / Internal Audits
• Ensure company-wide understanding and adherence to ISO standards
• Develop and implement ISO procedures and documentation
• Train and support team members on ISO requirements and changes
• Monitor and report on the performance of the ISO system
• Ensure continuous improvement of ISO management systems
• Coordinate corrective actions for non-conformities discovered during audits
• Acts as liaison to external parties such as supplier and certifying bodies on matters relating to quality management system.
• Initiates Management Review on the effectiveness of the Quality and Environmental Management System.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding quality systems overall
• Supervise the control of documents and records to ensure that it is properly executed; Handles the formulation of new documents and revisions of existing ISO related documents;
• Monitor ROHS/REACH, Environmental and Restricted Chemical
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding the environmental
• Support other related QA activities

Skills:

• Extensive knowledge of ISO standards and regulations
• Experience with audits and understanding of the audit process
• Excellent communication and training skills
• Strong organizational and management skills
• ISO Auditor certification is a plus

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or any related field.
• At least 3-5 years extensive work experience in field in a supervisory or team lead role.
• PRC license, Lean Sigma Certification, and other related certification such as ISO 9001 Lead Auditor is a plus.
• Proven experience in conducting internal quality audits and supporting external audits, ensuring compliance with ISO standards and other regulatory requirements relevant to quality assurance.
• Proven experience as an ISO in-charge.
• Knowledge of ISO standards and certification process.
