  • Ensures that releasing of engineering pack/work orders are completed on the required time frame.
  • Coordinate to development engineers all lacking items/information to complete the releasing of engineering pack to production.
  • Evaluate and recommend possible alternative parts for identified lacking parts.
  • Closely communicates with designers and development engineers to ensure same understanding of task requirements and status.
  • Handling and coordinating all activities related to Engineering Change Review.
  • Attends Production concerns related to Engineering are properly attended and investigated and that Corrective Actions are strictly implemented.
  • Ensures on-time uploading of BOM and XML File for Circuit Program in vision.
  • On time submission of Non-Conformity Reports to QA
  • Ensures to scan on/off all jobs correctly in vision for Productive and Non Productive Jobs.
  • Ensures a sufficiently harmonious work place exist in a team as to avoid unnecessary staff unrest and frustrations.
  • Sets an example on compliance and Ensures compliance of all members to all company policies which includes, but not limited to (1.) Attendance, Tardiness and Proper observation of work schedule (2.) Proper wearing of uniforms & PPE (3.) 5S, Safety & ISO.
  • Coordinate with QA to resolve any customer complaints.
  • Participates and cooperates to any company activities and events
  • Any other duties as and when assigned by Manager or Management

Qualifications:

  • Education: Technical/ Bachelor's degree related to engineering. Must have high numerical aptitude.
  • Proficient in using CADD software,AUTOCAD
  • Experience in wiring harness Manufacturing is an advantage.
  • Can interpret drawings to identify processes, tools & equipment and materials to be used.
  • Resilient, enthusiastic, self-reliant and can work well with teams.
  • With strong sense of responsibility, maturity & professionalism
  • With coordinating skills and can communicate well in English language, both written and orally
