  • To provide quality services to the GMP's/ clients with accordance to the ISO/ILO guidelines.
  • To provide appropriate instructions and information on the significance of each diagnostic procedure.
  • To perform health teaching to the clients on health, behaviors, self-care skills, medication maintenance and treatment options in coordination with other health care providers.
  • To monitor regularly the maintenance record and calibration of all equipment.
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments, including taking medical histories, performing physical examinations, and evaluating symptoms.
  • Identify and prioritize patient needs and health problems.
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as blood work, imaging scans, and other procedures.
  • Ensure proper preparation and execution of diagnostic tests.
  • Monitor patients during and after diagnostic procedures.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to formulate diagnoses and develop treatment plans.
  • Provide recommendations for appropriate interventions and therapies.
  • Accurately and thoroughly document patient assessments, diagnostic results, and treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate and organized patient records.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
  • To ensure and preserves the absolute confidentiality of the client's information.
  • To perform tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

  1. Registered Nurse (with valid PRC license)
  2. Proficient in computer applications (e.g., MS Word, Excel)
  3. Able to work efficiently under pressure and with minimal supervision
  4. Good interpersonal and communication skills
  5. Strong organizational and time management abilities
  6. Flexible and adaptable to shifting priorities or assignments
