About the role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Engineer to join our growing team at AFDR Insurance Brokers Inc. As an Engineer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our civil/structural engineering projects in Metro Manila. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to contribute to the strategic objectives of our organization.

What you'll be doing

  1. Designing and overseeing the implementation of civil/structural engineering projects
  2. Conducting site inspections, testing, and analysis to ensure project compliance with engineering standards and regulations
  3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve engineering-related issues
  4. Preparing detailed technical reports, drawings, and documentation to support project deliverables

What we're looking for

  1. A bachelor's degree in civil/Structural Engineering or a related field
  2. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
  3. Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  5. Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards
  6. A valid professional engineering license or certification
