Project Inspector

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct regular and irregular inspections of company projects.

Check the implementation, progress, compliance, and safety of project sites.

Record inspection results, compile inspection reports, and report to management.

Promptly report any problems found and follow up on rectification.

Assist the project manager in on-site coordination and communication.

Ensure projects proceed according to company standards and requirements.

Job Requirements:

Priority given to candidates with experience in project inspection, on-site management, engineering, operations, or related fields.

Conscientious and responsible, with strong observation and execution skills.

Able to adapt to on-site inspections and work.

Basic report writing and communication skills.

Familiar with basic office tools such as mobile phones and computers.

Job Characteristics:

Stable work, clear responsibilities.

Suitable for candidates with project or on-site experience and a strong sense of responsibility.

Clear processes and management support available.

Salary:

Salary is within the common reference range for the Manila area.

Adjustable based on experience; some companies offer:

Inspection allowance / Transportation allowance
