About the role

Fourleaf Development Group Corporation is seeking a talented Project Engineer to join our dynamic team in Imus City, Cavite. As a Project Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of our construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. This is a contract position, offering the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting developments.

What you'll be doing

  • Developing and implementing project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure the timely and efficient completion of construction projects
  • Coordinating and overseeing the work of subcontractors and suppliers to ensure compliance with project requirements and specifications
  • Identifying and addressing potential issues or risks that could impact project timelines or budgets, and implementing appropriate mitigation strategies
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including architects, designers, and project managers, to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Monitoring project progress and providing regular updates to stakeholders
  • Ensuring that all construction activities adhere to relevant safety, environmental, and quality standards
  • Providing technical expertise and support to the project team as needed

What we're looking for

  • A bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Project Engineer, with a proven track record of successfully delivering construction projects
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and equipment, as well as relevant building codes and regulations
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to develop and manage project plans, budgets, and schedules
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in using project management software and other relevant digital tools
