What You'll Be Doing You'll be part of the Design team, supporting their ecommerce strategies. Your key tasks will include:
  • Design engaging digital assets for Amazon, brand websites, and other ecommerce platforms — including A+ content, storefronts, product images, and banners.
  • Translate brand messaging into compelling visuals that drive engagement, enhance customer experience, and increase conversion.
  • Collaborate across teams — partner with marketing, copywriting, and merchandising to ensure creative alignment with campaigns.
  • Optimize graphics for performance, ensuring consistency, quality, and compliance across web and mobile.
  • Support testing and data-driven design decisions by creating variations for A/B testing.
  • Stay ahead of trends in ecommerce design, competitor strategies, and platform updates.
  • Manage multiple projects efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
  • Maintain organized design systems, templates, and brand assets for scalability and consistency.
What You'll Bring
  • 2–6+ years of experience in ecommerce or digital design, preferably with Amazon or major online retail platforms.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with web optimization.
  • Understanding of marketing principles, product positioning, and brand storytelling.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to partner effectively across departments.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented mindset — you take initiative and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and digital asset management tools.
Bonus Points For
  • Experience designing for Amazon A+ content, storefronts, and other marketplace standards.
  • Knowledge of UX/UI principles and responsive design best practices.
  • Familiarity with ecommerce analytics or A/B testing tools.
  • Motion graphics, video editing, or photography skills.
