Are you an organized, detail-oriented insurance professional looking to join a growing, high-performing team? We're seeking a
Service & Renewal Lines Coordinator
to support our U.S.-based insurance agency with daily servicing tasks, renewals, endorsements, and remarketing efforts.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage
    policy renewals
    , ensuring timely processing and accuracy of information
  • Handle
    endorsements
    and
    policy changes
    across multiple carriers
  • Issue and track
    Certificates of Insurance (COIs)
    in a timely manner
  • Assist with
    remarketing accounts
    , gathering quotes, and comparing coverage options
  • Communicate with underwriters and agents to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Maintain organized records and follow established workflows


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of
    2 years of experience
    in insurance servicing or account management (P&C preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. insurance processes, policy documents, and carrier systems
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal English communication
  • Proficiency with
    AMS, CRM, or insurance software systems
    (e.g., EZLynx, AMS360, HawkSoft, Applied Epic a plus)
  • Reliable internet connection and ability to work
    9 AM – 6 PM U.S. Eastern Time
