DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for providing first aid treatment and medication in case of injuries/accidents
  • Responsible for coordinating with the partner medical facility the reservation for the annual APE of the employees
  • Act as the point person for pre-employment medical exams, results, and other HMO-related matters.
  • Monitor and assist benefits claims of employees for maternity and HMO reimbursement, etc.
  • Document all employee injuries and illnesses within the workplace.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and health labor laws, other DOLE reports, and other regulatory agencies.
  • Monitor inventory of medicine, pantry and office supplies and in-charge of the request for replenishment
  • Assist with general administrative tasks, including filing, photocopying, and data entry.
  • Assist in HR, Accounting and any other Admin tasks.
  • Manage office supplies and inventory, replenishing items as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Registered nurse with an active PRC license
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Strong administrative and organizational ability
  • Commitment to comply with confidentiality, security, and data privacy policies and laws
  • Preferred qualifications include BOSH and OHNAP certification. Candidates without these certifications must be willing to undergo company-paid training.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php30,000.00 per month
