QHSE Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced QHSE Officer to join our team. The QHSE Officer will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all quality, health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in QHSE practices, audits, training, and risk assessments.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor QHSE policies, procedures, and systems.
• Conduct regular site inspections and internal audits to ensure compliance.
• Identify hazards, assess risks, and implement effective control measures.
• Maintain and update QHSE documentation and records.
• Coordinate incident investigations and follow up on corrective actions.
• Deliver QHSE training and awareness programs for staff.
• Ensure compliance with local, national, and international HSE regulations.
• Knowledgeable and experienced in submitting compliance reports to DOLE.
• Promote a positive safety culture across all departments.
• Assist in obtaining and maintaining ISO certifications (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4years related course.
• Minimum 3years of experience in a similar QHSE role.
• Knowledge of ISO management systems and audit processes.
• Must have atleast valid BOSH, COSH, First Aid Training.
