We're looking for a Company Nurse to join our growing team and help us care for the people behind our operations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Administer first aid and respond promptly to medical incidents within the plant or office
- Monitor the health of employees in production areas and provide immediate care when needed
- Maintain accurate records of medical cases, treatments, and daily health monitoring logs
- Submit monthly incident reports and health-related documentation to the Safety Officer and management
- Support implementation of health and wellness programs in coordination with the Safety Officer
- Coordinate with local health authorities on compliance and medical-related concerns
- Manage clinic operations, including inventory of medical supplies and cleanliness
- Assist and conduct routine employee health checks
- Support plant-wide health initiatives, training, or emergency drills
- Perform other administrative or health-related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing
- Registered Nurse with a valid PRC license
- Newly licensed nurses are encouraged to apply
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is an advantage, but not required
- Highly attentive, trustworthy, and demonstrates genuine care for employee well-being
- Must be a resident of Cebu City or nearby areas
- Can start immediately
