Civil Supervisor

The Civil Supervisor is responsible for planning, organizing, implementing and controlling the operation for

economical completion of work activities at all times.

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plans, organizes and directs the activities from project.
• Monitors and expedites delivery of needed (logistics, manpower and equipment).
• Check manpower composition, tool and work packages for completeness, adequacy and suitability for the work.
• Enforces project policies against non-complying personnel and work tools and serious safety violations.
• Coordinates to Field Supervisor regarding site corrective measures for sloppy work and unacceptable violations.
• Evaluates and monitors budget, productivity and work progress and takes preventive and/or corrective action.
• Reviews and Approves the Daily Accomplishment Report submitted by the Foreman & Leadman.
• Prepares Project Completion Rating of his Foreman & Leadman.
• Issues guidance and clarification of ethics and compliance policies to employees.
• Complies with the proper operating procedures of safety and health standards/regulations.
• Supports and Implements Environmental Management System with respect to their job.
• Adheres to Policies/Procedure, Employee Code of Ethics and Conduct, and Corporate Governance.
• Protects intellectual property, company proprietary and confidential information.

TECHNICAL:

Good strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Knowledgeable in different permits process & procedures.

Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office operations (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

With basic knowledge in AutoCad & Primavera6.

BEHAVIORAL:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Highly organized, resourceful and dependable.

Strong attention to details.

Ability to coordinate with multiple projects.

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCES

Graduate of a Bachelor's/College degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.

At least two (2) years of work experience in the same field.

Project Location-San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan

Schedule of Work-Monday-Saturday from 7:OOAM-4:00PM
