Selling Supervisor-Supermarket

• Monitors department sales contribution and growth.
• Initiates cost-efficient programs in the assigned department (Food)
• Knowledgeable on fast and slow moving items per department.
• Ensures proper maintenance of merchandise based on the standards
• Oversee the proper and timely replenishment of stocks.
• Prepares the department sales report and analysis.
• Strong management skills, with strong attention to detail dealing with meat, fish and poultry products, maintaining operations across costs, safety and guiding the work of others
• Monitoring inventory and procurement of new stock as needed.
• Ensures the 100% monitoring of promotional items.
• Strong communication skills, able to deliver information in a clear and respectable manner to team and customers

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php22,000.00 per month
