About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst (Testing & System Validation) to join our dynamic team in Taguig. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions — analyzing existing systems, documenting requirements, and ensuring that every enhancement or change meets both functional and user expectations.

You'll play a key role throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) — from gathering requirements and creating SRS documents to performing System Integration Testing (SIT) and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).


What You'll Do:

  • Analyze existing systems and workflows to understand business processes.
  • Document requirements and findings in a System Requirement Specification (SRS).
  • Conduct workshops and discussions with clients to confirm and refine requirements.
  • Develop Test Suites to validate system functionality.
  • Perform SIT, document results, and log issues or defects.
  • Collaborate closely with developers for issue resolution.
  • Support UAT, guiding users through test execution and clarifying system behavior.
  • Communicate clearly between technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Recommend improvements for system performance and user experience.

What You'll Bring:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  • Experience in creating structured documentation (SRS, Test Suites, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of SDLC and testing processes.
  • Familiarity with Java is an advantage (for reviewing logic and troubleshooting).
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in fast-paced environments.
