Job Description: (Main Duties & Responsibilities)

This position will be responsible for accurately and efficiently transferring business and transactional data from the existing Oracle System to another. The role requires attention to detail, speed and commitment to maintaining data integrity to support the successful migration and implementation of the new system accross the organization:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

-Encode, verify, and validate business and transactional data from the existing Oracle System to another. (e.g., Sales, Inventory, Purchasing, Finance, HR)

-Review, clean, and standardize data before migration to ensure accuracy and completeness.

-Assist in reconciling discrepancies between the system data and to the new system inputs.

-Work closely with the new system Project Team to ensure encoding follows established guidelines and timeliness.

  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive company information during the data migration process.

-Generate progress reports on encoding tasks and escalate issues when necessary.

-Perform other encoding-related tasks as required by the project.

Qualifications:

*Atleast 2 years IT/Business related course graduate

* Atleast 2-3 years of relevant professional experience. (Data Encoder,Administrative Assistant)

*Familiarity with ERP systems (JDE,Odoo,SAP,Oracle etc.) is a plus.

*Proficient in MS Excel.

*Willing to be deployed under agency (Project-Based)

*Willing to work Mon-Fri, 8:30AM-5:30PM

*Willing to start ASAP.
