Provides support to product and program managers to modify systems settings and support seamless transactions flow for product release and change-order situations. Understand SFDC systems-flow requirements with enough technical knowledge to complete system enhancements Leverage knowledge of the Order to Cash process to develop best in class solutions for the international marketplace. Continually review and assess processes and systems and lead process improvement initiatives to enhance both sales performance and customer experience. Lead initiatives for the international direct-to consumer to share best practices and efficiencies. Demonstrate flexibility in prioritizing among competing opportunities and needs and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to think creatively and collaboratively to offer novel solutions to local country business challenges. Manage pricing adjustments SFDC for new products/new markets. Maintain master data information for product ID releases and modifications across all applicable entities Demonstrated knowledge of transactions flow and applicable experience in usage of the system Demonstrated expertise in the order to cash process from product ID management to billing Ability to cope with challenges associated with international business such as differences in language, culture, and business practices Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university preferred; minimum of 2-5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
