Position: Freelance Videographer & Video Editor (Project-Based)

Project Overview:We are seeking skilled freelance videographers to collaborate on a project basis. You will be responsible for the end-to-end production of high-quality video content, from conceptualization to final delivery, based on specific project requirements for marketing and social media.

Job Content:

  • Shoot and edit high-quality videos according to company requirements to support marketing, social media, and internal needs;
  • Operate camera, lighting, and audio equipment to ensure shooting effects;
  • Perform video post-production editing, adding special effects, transitions, graphics, and sound effects;
  • Manage video creatives and project files to ensure orderly archiving;
  • Track video trends and editing techniques to maintain content innovation;
  • Complete post-production tasks such as color grading, audio mixing, and subtitles;
  • Assist with photography and other multimedia work when necessary.

Job Requirements:Must have experience in product video shooting; other shooting experiences such as portrait and birthday planning are not accepted

  • A degree in multimedia art, film, communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience;
  • Have experience in photography and video editing, and need to provide a portfolio;
  • Proficient in using video editing software (such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve);
  • Those who have mastered motion graphics software such as After Effects are preferred;
  • Understand composition, color, lighting, and video narrative techniques;
  • Ability to work independently, adapt to fast-paced environments, and deliver on time;
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and equipped with problem-solving skills;
  • Able to fully commit to full-time work, with no other part-time jobs or side businesses that consume a significant amount of time and energy.

Project Scope & Pricing Model:

  • Pricing is based on the final delivered video. Each project will have a clear scope of work (e.g., video length, complexity, required deliverables).
  • Pricing Method:
  • Pricing based on the number of videos (including shooting and editing) Example: "30-second product promotional video, including basic motion graphics and subtitles."
  • Pricing based on the number of days of video shooting (pure shooting)
