Facility Ambassador

Role Overview

The Facility Ambassador serves as the on-site representative of the organization, ensuring a welcoming, supportive, and efficient environment for patients and their families. This role combines clinic oversight with patient relationship management, facility oversight, and compliance monitoring, with a focus on ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and accurate physical inventory management.

Qualifications

• BS Nursing or any allied health course is preferred, but other 4-year courses will also be considered; customer service training is advantage.
• Minimum 2 years in a clinical setting, customer service role, or healthcare front office.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Compassionate, patient-focused mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and other basic computer systems.
• Professional, approachable, and proactive in problem-solving.
