Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Operate a 4-wheel company vehicle safely to transport staff, documents, materials, or equipment.
  • Follow assigned routes and schedules, ensuring timely arrivals and deliveries.
  • Conduct daily vehicle checks (tires, oil, brakes, lights, battery, etc.) to ensure roadworthiness.
  • Maintain vehicle cleanliness and proper condition, both interior and exterior.
  • Observe all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving.
  • Assist with loading and unloading of items; ensure safe handling and secure storage during transport.
  • Ensure all transport documents (delivery receipts, trip logs, fuel slips) are properly filled and submitted.
  • Report any mechanical issues, damages, or traffic incidents immediately to the supervisor or fleet manager.
  • Maintain a professional attitude, especially when dealing with clients or passengers.
  • Refuel and monitor vehicle maintenance schedules, coordinating with admin or mechanics as needed.
  • Perform occasional errands such as purchasing supplies or delivering documents.
  • Keep accurate mileage and fuel usage logs.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Professional Driver's License (with appropriate restriction for 4-wheel vehicles).
  • Proven experience driving light vehicles (pickup, van, or sedan).
  • Clean driving record with no major violations.
  • Basic knowledge of vehicle troubleshooting and maintenance.
  • Familiarity with local roads, routes, and traffic patterns.
  • Trustworthy, punctual, and responsible.
  • Physically fit and able to lift light cargo when necessary.
