Job Summary

The Global Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing performance, strategy, and client relationships across multiple global sites. This role will act as the central point for client communication, ensure KPIs are met across regions, and drive operational excellence through strategic alignment and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Escalation & Communication:
    Act as the single point of contact for client escalations, ensuring prompt resolution and clear updates.
  • Global Performance Oversight:
    Collaborate with local leaders in various countries to meet and exceed operational KPIs.
  • Unified Client Voice:
    Maintain a consistent and cohesive "one global team" approach in client communications.
  • Partnership Management:
    Build strong internal and external relationships to support operational success.
  • Proactive Project & Process Enhancement:
    Lead and implement initiatives that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service delivery.
  • Strategic Alignment:
    Align operational strategies across global locations for consistent quality and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (required).
  • Minimum 4 years relevant experience, including BPO experience (required).
  • Proven experience managing multi-country/multi-region operations.
  • Experience in operations management with P&L accountability.
  • Process improvement certifications (Lean, Six Sigma, PMP preferred).
  • Strong financial management skills (budgeting, forecasting).
  • Experience in change management and organizational improvements.
  • Cultural awareness and ability to manage cross-border teams.
  • Proficiency in business and operational tools, including automation solutions.
  • Crisis management and business continuity expertise.
