We are seeking a Community Manager to oversee and grow our online presence. The ideal candidate has a strong background or familiarity with bodybuilding, performance enhancement, and biohacking, and ideally already follows or knows Tony Huge as an influencer. You will manage and expand our community across multiple platforms while embodying the brand's unique voice and values.

Mission:

Fuel the fire of the world's most elite performance biohacking communities. You'll run point on building, moderating, and igniting our ecosystems—keeping the tribes active, aligned, and obsessed with the evolution we lead.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow Tony Huge's online communities across social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Facebook, Telegram, Discord).
  • Create and moderate conversations that foster loyalty, trust, and engagement with the Tony Huge brand.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for fans, followers, and community members.
  • Support social media campaigns, promotions, and collaborations.
  • Monitor community trends and feedback; provide insights to improve content and engagement strategies.
  • Develop and maintain a content calendar in collaboration with the marketing team.
  • Track community growth, engagement metrics, and provide regular reports.

Qualifications

  • Strong familiarity with bodybuilding, fitness, performance enhancement, and/or biohacking.
  • Knowledge of Tony Huge, his content, and his audience is highly preferred.
  • 2+ years managing online communities or social media platforms such as Skool, Reddit, Facebook Groups, & X
  • High-speed copywriting + meme creation ability
  • Track record of growing engagement and scaling tribal movements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to represent the brand voice authentically and professionally.
  • Operates in DMs like a sniper—knows how to move and influence silently
  • Knows how to read data and pivot strategies on the fly
  • Preferably has experience working with start-ups, influencer-driven brands, or niche communities.
  • Self-motivated, execution-obsessed, zero babysitting required
  • Willing to comply with company policies and processes.

Preferred Skills

Social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).

Basic content creation (graphics, short video edits, memes).

Analytics and reporting (Google Analytics, native social insights)..
