Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company's vision and business objectives.
  • Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and innovation.
  • Identify new market opportunities and drive strategic marketing initiatives to expand the company's footprint.
  • Oversee brand positioning, voice, and identity across all channels to ensure consistency and relevance.
  • Define and communicate brand messaging to enhance brand recognition and reputation.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify customer trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging industry developments.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to adapt marketing strategies and optimize campaigns for maximum impact.
  • Lead the development and execution of digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, and online advertising.
  • Stay current with digital marketing trends and best practices, ensuring the company remains competitive and innovative.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, advertising, or any related field (MBA is a plus)
  • Minimum of 7+ years of progressive experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a digital marketing agency
  • Proven experience with media
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multi-channel marketing campaigns and large teams.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, data analytics, and customer engagement strategies.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Expertise in brand management, market research, and customer segmentation.
  • Experience managing significant marketing budgets and delivering measurable ROI.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and marketing technologies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php120, Php150,000.00 per month
