Work Setup

  • Location: Pasig (Hybrid)
  • Schedule: 3x a week onsite, 2x WFH

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Define and execute the company's long-term vision, strategy, and growth roadmap.
  • Lead strategic planning initiatives aligned with market trends, digital innovation, and client needs.
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and expansion initiatives (local and international).

Business Growth & Performance

  • Drive revenue growth, profitability, and operational excellence across all business units.
  • Oversee sales, marketing, client success, and delivery teams to ensure consistent performance.
  • Monitor KPIs, financial performance, and operational metrics; take corrective actions as needed.

People & Culture

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the executive leadership team.
  • Foster a high-performance, values-driven culture aligned with the company's mission.
  • Ensure leadership succession planning and organizational capability building.

Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the primary ambassador of the company to key clients, partners, investors, and stakeholders.
  • Strengthen long-term client relationships and ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Represent the company in industry events, forums, and strategic discussions.

Governance & Risk Management

  • Work closely with the Board of Directors to ensure transparency, accountability, and strong governance.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards.
  • Identify and manage business risks while ensuring operational resilience.

Founder Transition & Continuity

  • Preserve institutional knowledge while introducing fresh leadership perspectives.
  • Uphold and evolve the company's core values, brand, and reputation.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a marketing agency or digital services firm.
  • Experience in media roles, such as media planning, buying, or campaign management.
  • Minimum 3-4 years leadership experience, managing teams and driving business growth.
  • Strong strategic thinking and execution skills, with a track record of delivering results.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and client relationship skills.
