Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare fresh dough, sauces, and toppings daily.
  • Stretch, top, and cook pizzas according to standard recipes or customer requests.
  • Operate pizza ovens and monitor cooking times and temperatures.
  • Ensure quality, portion control, and presentation of all pizzas.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pizza station and kitchen area.
  • Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines.
  • Assist with kitchen prep, inventory, and restocking as needed.
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, especially during peak hours.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a pizza maker or kitchen staff (preferred but not required).
  • Familiarity with pizza preparation, ovens, and kitchen equipment.
  • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and good time management.
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40-50 lbs.
  • Willing to be deployed at The Corner House, San Juan.
