The Payroll Compliance Auditor's primary role will be responsible for auditing third party vendors for compliance and best practices (including compliance with applicable wage/hour regulations); conducting detailed payroll audits; assessing compliance and identifying patterns of non-compliance and areas of risk, using discretion and independent judgment; presenting findings to compliance team; and other duties as may be assigned.

Qualifications:

  • 2 years minimum experience with payroll, HR, and/or commission reporting/calculationsexperience with developing and executing compliance and audit protocols preferred.
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be proficient in Excel and Outlook.
  • Experience with SalesForce a plus.
  • Strong work ethic and the ability to be initiative-taking and make suggestions to improve auditing process are necessary.
  • Diligence, ability to multi-task and strong organization skills required.
  • The ability to work independently is essential.
