Lead Associate – Process Training

Job Description:

  • Mainly responsible for facilitating classroom training and other training related interventions for the purpose of developing or enhancing knowledge, skill and attitude of associates

  • Participate in daily/weekly calls set-up by Training Managers to provide updates on New Hire Training (NHT) batches. Take direction from the designated training Managers and conduct training for new employees as well as refresher training for employees in BAU Operations

  • Set up daily/weekly huddles with trainees to track progress and resolve any issues

  • Implementation of deliverables in line with the signed of TSD and governance plan

  • Participate in calibration exercises as and when set up by Quality & Training Team

  • Create and maintain contents

  • Create and maintain accurate documentation and training MI in line with the organization policies and standards such as ISO:9001

  • Conduct certification programs and other developmental workshops for Flex Trainer

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 - 3 Years Call Center/BPO Training experience

  • System working knowledge is required; computer experience is desirable.

  • Proficiency in MS Office with strong PowerPoint and Excel skills

  • Can demonstrate leadership and facilitation skills.

  • Self-starter who works independently
