Junior Training Developer*
, you will collaborate with experts across departments to build eLearning content, scripts, manuals, and videos used by clients and internal teams. You will translate complex concepts into engaging learning materials and help maintain a high-quality training ecosystem that supports product growth.

The Qualifications We Seek

• 1-2 years of training development experience
• Instructional design and development experience in the software industry
• Experience with rapid eLearning tools such as Articulate and/or Camtasia
• Experience with Skilljar or other learning management systems is a plus
• Strong organizational, planning, project management, communication, presentation, facilitation, and influencing skills
• Previous training experience including instructional design, program design & development, and training technologies highly desirable
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and projects with competing priorities and deadlines
• Expert multi-tasking, organizing, and prioritizing abilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; excellent follow-up skills
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent training in a business or software environment
• All other duties as assigned

Your Daily Tasks

• Work with stakeholders and subject matter experts throughout the organization to collaborate on content creation and project management
• Develop, design, and coordinate comprehensive training programs including eLearning, videos, quizzes, and other materials
• Compose scripts/storyboards to follow capture processes/workflows
• Develop engaging e-learning content consistent with brand and existing content library
• Iterate content based on feedback from key stakeholders
• Create and maintain project plans for training execution
• Assess metrics and measure effectiveness to support training evolution
• Work with Management to analyze the training needs of clients, partners, and employees
• Coordinate with Product Management regarding new and updated products
• Stay up to date on new training methods
