Job description

As a Marketing Specialist you are responsible for assisting the Marketing / Sales Head in supporting the development of all strategic directions and marketing initiatives. To assist in all the execution of Operational Marketing (Database, Market Map, Marketing Metrics, Pricing). To establish Marketing Communications (Webpage development, Social Media Accounts, Promoting Initiatives, collaterals).

JOB PURPOSE:

  • Support "Customer Satisfaction" programs - analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.
  • Maintain relationship with Market Players / Influencers (Institutions, Associations)
  • Perform duties & responsibilities with "Customer Satisfaction" in mind
  • Strategic Directions & Marketing Initiatives - identify current target customers, execute and develop marketing plans.
  • Operational Marketing (Database, Market Map, Marketing Metrics, Pricing)

Areas of Responsibility

  • Upkeep of customer database
  • Handle Marketing Metrics (Updates, Analyses, Reporting)
  • Manage Marketing Communications (Webpage, SM - Updates, Monitoring, processing)
  • Lead Promoting initiatives
  • Develop "customer satisfaction" programs

Qualifications:

  • Must be a College Graduate of any (Business, Statistics or IT / Computer Course preferred)
  • Has Operational Marketing experience (working on database; researching work)
  • Must have a strong computer skills and excellent communication skills (presenting, listening)
  • Requires good computer skills, including advanced Microsoft Excel skills and word processing applications
  • At least 1-2 years relevant experience in Marketing Management with exposure in the FMCG/Retail, Food or Logistics industry
  • Open to fresh graduates as well
