  • At least college graduate and equivalent
  • With 6 months to 1 year of experience as a Team Leader in the same field is an advantage
  • Strong Leadership and supervisory skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with kids, parents and staff.
  • commitment to child safety and ability to quickly assess potential risks
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with a focus on details
  • Able to enforce rules and safety guidelines
  • With Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
