Key Responsibilities:

  • Process insurance-related tasks efficiently while managing various client systems independently.
  • Enhance operational effectiveness by identifying challenges, implementing procedures, and ensuring compliance.
  • Improve customer satisfaction by effectively communicating with clients, addressing their needs, and building strong relationships.

Key Qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience in insurance, claims processing, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a trainer or/and team lead.
  • Strong proficiency in email communication (required).
  • Experience in quality assurance, reviewing processes, and optimizing outputs.
  • Bachelor's degree in any field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40, Php50,000.00 per month
