We are looking for a driven and entrepreneurial Unit Manager to lead, develop, and grow a team of salespeople. This is a unique business opportunity that allows you to leverage your leadership and sales expertise to drive growth and success for both your team and the company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop: Mentor and guide salespeople to help them reach their full potential, consistently meet sales targets, and drive overall growth for the company.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree (any 4-year course).
- 7+ years of sales experience, with marketing experience preferred.
- 2+ years in a leadership or managerial role, with proven success in managing sales teams.
- Ability to recruit, train, and guide salespeople.
- A passion for driving growth and leading by example in a commission-based environment.
