You'll own the front-end craft of , translating creative vision into production-ready, world-class web experiences. This isn't just about building what's designed, it's about working side-by-side with our web designer to explore ideas, push creative boundaries, and decide together how concepts should come to life. You'll ensure our marketing site isn't only functional, but memorable: responsive layouts, smooth animations, engaging interactions, and a framework that can scale.

You'll also bring rigor to the production side: clean, reusable Webflow builds, optimized performance, and best practices for accessibility and SEO. This role is perfect for someone who loves being at the intersection of design and development, a builder with taste, craft, and technical depth, who thrives in a collaborative partnership.

• Build polished, responsive pages for that reflect the highest standard of brand and design execution.
• Collaborate closely with the web designer to prototype and test ideas before development, shaping how interactions and experiences come to life.
• Translate design files (Figma) into clean, scalable Webflow builds with reusable components and CMS structures.
• Engineer advanced front-end experiences: animations, micro-interactions, and motion storytelling (GSAP, Lottie, WebGL, ).
• Implement and manage integrations with HubSpot (forms, landing pages, workflows).
• Collaborate with creative, content strategists, and marketers to turn creative concepts into production-ready web experiences.
• Continuously refine our marketing design system and Webflow toolkit to scale speed and consistency across the site.
• Stay ahead of emerging tools and trends in web design, motion, and interactivity to push Boundless forward.
• Optimize site performance, accessibility, and SEO to maximize usability and reach.

• A portfolio that demonstrates refined front-end craft (motion, typography, interaction) and high-quality Webflow builds.
• 5+ years of experience in front-end development, with a focus on marketing sites or brand-driven experiences.
• Expert-level Webflow skills: advanced interactions, scalable CMS structures, and clean, reusable frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript, with fluency in animation libraries (GSAP, Lottie).
• Proficiency with HubSpot: creating and maintaining landing pages, forms, and workflows.
• Proven ability to collaborate with designers, marketers, and writers to bring ideas into production.
• Keen eye for design details — spacing, type hierarchy, and visual polish.
• Deep understanding of responsive design principles, accessibility standards, and performance optimization..

• Background working at creative studios, agencies, or premium consumer brands.
• Knowledge of A/B testing frameworks (Webflow Optimize), experimentation, and personalization strategies.
• Strong understanding of site performance optimization, accessibility standards, and SEO best practices.
• Strong prototyping skills in Figma, Principle, Framer, or similar — to explore motion/interaction concepts before build.
• Ability to push brand storytelling online through interactive, narrative-driven pages (timelines, scrollytelling, immersive content).
• Knowledge of SVG animation and lightweight vector workflows (handy for icons, illustrations, and custom UI elements).
• Familiarity with AI-assisted design/dev tools (e.g., AI-generated assets, code assist) to accelerate iteration.
