Purpose of Position: Strategize and implement marketing strategies for the organization's products. Manage the existing product line, establish brand presence, and oversee new product launches and pipeline strategies to ensure successful execution.

Job Description: Core

 Provides training and product knowledge to the field sales team, ensuring they are well-equipped with a SWOT analysis (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats) of the product line. Guides them in identifying opportunities and driving product sales growth.

 Collaborates with cross-functional teams such as Medical Affairs, Learning & Development, and Research & Development to streamline processes and enhance product strategies.

 Develops brand strategies and market penetration plans through in-depth market research and competitor analysis. Creates promotional brand assets, including digital campaigns such as website or app launches and webinar series.

 Organizes meetings and conferences to enhance brand visibility within the pharmaceutical industry's target client segment.

 Motivates the sales team by organizing training sessions and implementing award and recognition programs.

 Generates product forecasts and devises strategies for new product pipelines, pre-launch planning, launch execution, and post-launch analysis.

 Initiates strategic recommendations to drive product growth and increase revenue.

 Evaluates the effectiveness of implemented product development and marketing strategies, ensuring continuous improvement.

 Recommends product enhancements to capitalize on new market opportunities.

 Supports marketing efforts by refining existing campaigns and assisting in the development of new products aligned with company goals.

 Monitors key operations across marketing, sales, and production to ensure alignment with business objectives.

 Analyzes industry trends and the competitive landscape to develop revenue-driven business strategies.

 Prepares product positioning and detailing to strengthen market presence.
