Technical Project Manager – Project Inspire

We're looking for a Technical Project Manager to help lead Project Inspire, a major enterprise AI initiative transforming how one of the country's top telecom groups works.

In this role, you'll be at the center of an exciting AI adoption journey — helping teams use intelligent tools built into their everyday apps to write faster, summarize instantly, automate workflows, and make smarter decisions. You'll coordinate across business, IT, and creative teams, making sure every milestone is delivered on time, well-documented, and aligned with enterprise standards.

You'll manage a cross-functional team of architects, consultants, and creative producers; oversee awareness campaigns and training sessions; and help measure how employees across the organization embrace and apply new AI capabilities.

Skills and Experience

  • 5–7 years of experience in project management, preferably in digital transformation or enterprise technology programs.
  • Excellent organization and communication skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with cloud productivity suites, AI-powered tools, and collaborative platforms.
  • Strong documentation discipline and comfort working with governance or audit requirements.
  • Ability to translate between technical and business perspectives, ensuring clarity and alignment.

Location: Manila (hybrid)

Engagement Term: Fixed-term contract covering approximately eight months, with compensation commensurate to experience and enterprise program scale.
