Technical Project Manager – Project Elevate

We're leading Project Elevate, a nationwide AI transformation program helping teachers and school leaders work smarter and faster with AI-powered tools.
You'll guide the rollout across multiple schools and regions—bringing digital innovation into classrooms and offices, and helping educators harness AI for lesson planning, reporting, and collaboration.
This role blends technical coordination with change leadership, connecting IT, communications, and education teams to deliver real impact across the country.
Skills and Experience
- 5–8 years of project or program management experience in education, digital transformation, or technology enablement.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale, multi-stakeholder programs involving schools or government-linked institutions.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, with proficiency in productivity and collaboration tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills across academic and technical environments.
- Experience with training programs or digital upskilling initiatives preferred.
Engagement Term
- Fixed-term engagement covering an eight-month rollout and evaluation cycle, with potential extension for follow-on programs.
- Primary work location is Manila, with regional travel as required to support on-site training and coordination.
