About the role

At Landers', we are seeking an experienced and skilled Forklift Operator to join our dynamic team in our Pasig City, Metro Manila location. As a Forklift Operator, you will play a crucial role in our warehousing and distribution operations, ensuring the efficient and safe movement of goods and materials throughout our facility.

What you'll be doing

  • Operate forklifts and other materials handling equipment in a safe and responsible manner to load, unload, and move goods and supplies within the warehouse
  • Perform routine inspections and maintenance on assigned equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety
  • Follow all established safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment
  • Assist with the organisation and storage of inventory, including stock rotations and cycle counts
  • Collaborate with the wider warehouse team to ensure timely and accurate processing of inbound and outbound shipments
  • Maintain detailed records and documentation related to your work activities

What we're looking for

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Forklift Operator in a warehousing or logistics environment
  • A valid Forklift Operator's licence or certification
  • Must hold a valid Philippine forklift certification
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions and procedures accurately
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness
  • A commitment to safety and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
