Job Description:

The Investigator/Surveyor is primarily conducting specific case investigations, pre-employment checks on applicant employees, and performing security surveys and risk assessments for new, existing, and prospective clients. Understands and interprets complex policies, applicable laws, and regulations. Ensures that investigations are carried out in compliance with applicable laws, labor standards, R.A. 11917, as well as company regulations and policies.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct specific case investigations involving breaches of security, accidents, and personnel violations.
• Promptly conduct pre-employment background checks on applicant employees.
• Conduct security surveys and risk assessments of existing or prospective client facilities.
• Maintain confidentiality of records.
• Keep abreast of pertinent laws, labor standards, R.A. 11917, as well as company regulations and policies.

Job Specification:

• Must be a college graduate . Preferably in the study of Law, Political Science, Criminology, Industrial Security, or similar courses.
• Must have above-average analytical skills.
• Must be able to create clear and concise reports in a timely manner.
• Must demonstrate at least an average proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office.
• Must be capable of driving four-wheel vehicles and motorcycles with a valid driver's license.
• Security Officer or Private Detective License is a plus.

Experience:

• Registered Criminologists and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Preferably with experience in Security Investigation, Security Surveys, Risk Assessment, and handling personnel discipline cases.
• Certifications for relevant training such as CSP, BOSH, Workplace Investigation, Internal Quality Audit are a plus.
