Our client, recognized in the cement manufacturing industry, is looking to hire an Accounting Manager to help establish uniform accounting processes and standards for the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Financial Management and Compliance:
    Oversee the preparation, analysis, and accuracy of financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and tax filings in compliance with PFRS and regulatory standards; ensure robust internal controls and support audit activities.

  • Team Leadership and Development:
    Manage and mentor the accounting team, assign priorities, conduct performance evaluations, and promote continuous professional growth and collaboration across departments.

  • Process Optimization and Strategic Support:
    Drive process improvements to enhance accounting efficiency and data integrity, while delivering financial insights and support to aid in strategic planning and informed decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience

Must be willing to work in Makati, Philippines from Monday to Friday
