Job Summary:

We are a growing start-up seeking a Finance/Accounting Associate to support our day-to-day financial operations. The role involves managing accounting tasks using Xero, monitoring bills and invoices, ensuring timely payments and collections, coordinating with suppliers and clients for Statements of Account, and maintaining well-organized financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record and update financial transactions in Xero.
  • Review and reconcile bills and invoices for accuracy.
  • Monitor accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
  • Send and request Statements of Account (SOA) when necessary.
  • Maintain proper filing and safekeeping of financial documents.
  • Assist in preparing basic financial reports and perform ad hoc finance tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience with Xero (or similar accounting systems) is an advantage.
  • Highly detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable to a start-up work environment.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.

Pay: Php19, Php20,000.00 per month
