About the Role

We are seeking a meticulous and ambitious Business Writer/Consulting Operations Executive to join our growing operations team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on management consulting experience while managing end-to-end project delivery across multiple client engagements.

Working closely with experienced project leaders, you'll take ownership of project operations from proposal development through to successful completion and reporting. This is an excellent entry point into management consulting for detail-oriented professionals with strong English communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Delivery

• Take full ownership of project operations across the entire project lifecycle
• Manage end-to-end project documentation, submissions, and compliance requirements
• Coordinate with clients and stakeholders throughout project delivery phases
• Handle queries, clarifications, and correspondence professionally and promptly
• Ensure timely completion of deliverables and reports to the highest standards

Business Development Support

• Develop business proposals using provided templates and AI-powered tools
• Craft compelling client-facing documents and presentations
• Support the preparation of consultation reports and strategic recommendations
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail across all documentation

Administrative Excellence

• Process applications, approvals, and claims systematically
• Maintain organized project files and tracking systems
• Respond to queries and follow up on outstanding matters proactively
• Ensure compliance with all project requirements and timelines
