Location: Eastwood, Quezon City

Work Setup: Onsite

Schedule: Shifting (Primarily Mid Shift | 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM)

ABOUT THE ROLE

Join our team and be part of a meaningful mission We're looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to support our international Charity Service Program. In this role, you will be the warm, reassuring voice assisting global customers with inquiries, orders, prayers, donations, and more.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a CSR, you will:

  • Handle inbound calls with courtesy, professionalism, and genuine care
  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and effectively
  • Support customers with orders, donations, prayer requests, and other needs
  • Assist with retention and win-back efforts for dissatisfied customers
  • Guide and assist elderly callers with patience and clarity
  • Research solutions using provided resources (knowledge-based materials, scriptures, magazines, etc.)
  • Ensure every interaction reflects compassion, service excellence, and customer satisfaction

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • At least a high school graduate
  • Excellent English communication skills—both spoken and written
  • Ability to engage in free-flowing, clear, and empathetic conversation
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible and willing to work shifting schedules, including nights and weekends
