Job Description:

The Key Account Specialists/Officer - On Trade will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with accounts such as supermarkets, convenience stores, retail stores, sub distribution. The selected candidate will coordinate sales activities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role will involve a combination of field work and on-site work in BGC, and Manila.

Responsibilities:

1.Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and distributors, understanding their needs and business models, to optimize sales and service delivery.

2.Develop and implement comprehensive sales and distribution strategies that enhance product reach and penetration in the target markets. Monitor and analyze performance metrics to ensure objectives are met.

3.Regularly evaluate the sales performance of key accounts and distributors, using data to adjust strategies and improve results. Prepare detailed reports on sales trends, distributor performance, and market opportunities.

4.Work closely with key accounts and distributors to identify growth opportunities, address challenges, and provide ongoing support. Facilitate collaboration between company departments and external partners to ensure cohesive efforts.

5.Negotiate terms and agreements with key accounts and distributors to secure profitable deals. Ensure all parties adhere to contract specifications and company policies.

6.Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Use insights to inform strategic decisions and maintain the company's competitive edge.

7.Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving any issues that key accounts and distributors may encounter. Ensure high levels of satisfaction through prompt and effective problem-solving.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a non-related field with equivalent work experience
  • Flexibility to travel for client meetings as needed
  • Possesses Sales, Account Management, and Customer Relationship Management skills
  • Proven experience Key Accounts, Distribution, or similar role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in selling premium brand meat / ham is a must.
  • Possesses very good communication and negotiation skills
  • Data analysis and reporting abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php30,000.00 per month
