Job Description

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role involves managing our digital presence, executing marketing campaigns, and ensuring consistent brand communication across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in social media management, digital advertising, and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities

● Develop and manage the social media content calendar.

● Edit and publish content across social media platforms, with at least 3 posts per week.

● Plan, launch, and optimize 2–4 paid ad campaigns monthly via Meta Ads Manager.

● Monitor and analyze ad campaign performance and overall digital presence using Google Analytics and Meta Ads reporting.

● Implement and manage chat automation on Facebook using ManyChat or similar tools.

● Create and distribute bi-monthly newsletters to subscribers.

● Manage and update the company website with relevant content and design updates.

● Collaborate with the team to support marketing initiatives and brand consistency.

Skills & Qualifications

● Proven experience in social media management and content creation.

● Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and digital advertising best practices.

● Familiarity with automation/chatbot platforms (e.g., ManyChat).

● Experience with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar).

● Knowledge of website management (WordPress, Wix, or similar CMS).

● Proficiency in Google Analytics and the ability to derive insights from data.

● Strong copywriting and editing skills.

● An analytical mindset with the ability to track, interpret, and report on campaign performance.

● Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

● Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
