What you'll be doing

  • Respond to inbound customer inquiries and concerns via phone.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively
  • Provide detailed information about our healthcare products and services
  • Process customer transactions, including applications, claims, and policy changes
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of all customer interactions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes

What we're looking for

  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the healthcare industry
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays

NOTE: This role requires 15 days a year on-site
