What you'll be doing
- Respond to inbound customer inquiries and concerns via phone.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively
- Provide detailed information about our healthcare products and services
- Process customer transactions, including applications, claims, and policy changes
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all customer interactions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes
What we're looking for
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
