What you'll be doing

  • Assisting guests in selecting appropriate wines to complement their meals
  • Maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of the restaurant's wine list and vintages

  • Monitoring and maintaining wine inventory levels
  • Providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable dining experience for our guests

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 1 years of experience as a Wine Steward or in a similar role in a high-end restaurant or hospitality setting
  • In-depth knowledge of wine varieties, regions, and vintages
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to engage with guests
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional service
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
