Universal Robina Corporation is looking for a
Global Head of Enterprise Planning.
Role Purpose
Owns
IBP governance
and
planning process & system design (GPO)
to drive one way of planning across countries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define global planning vision, strategy, and maturity roadmap
  • Govern Integrated Business Planning (IBP) as a way of working
  • Own planning standards, policies, and decision rights
  • Act as Planning GPO (process & system design authority)
  • Set escalation paths and resolve cross-country planning issues
  • Provide enterprise direction on inter-country planning trade-offs
  • Sponsor Supply Network Design work via SNAP (analysis support)
  • Partner with IT on planning data requirements (not data governance)
  • Country day-to-day planning
  • Forecast, supply, or inventory execution
  • Ownership of country KPIs or numbers

Hiring Profile (Capability-Based)

  • Strong grounding in enterprise planning, IBP, or S&OP
  • Proven ability to design, govern, and standardize processes
  • Experience influencing multi-country or complex organizations
  • Comfortable facilitating senior-level trade-offs and escalations
  • Working knowledge of SAP planning concepts
  • Clear, structured communicator with strong judgment
