We are seeking an experienced Service Maintenance Manager to oversee the service and maintenance operations of elevator systems of our client. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of technicians, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of elevator maintenance programs, and providing top-tier customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in elevator maintenance, team management, and customer relations.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, train, and supervise a team of elevator technicians and service staff to ensure high-quality maintenance and repair services.
  • Oversee routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs of elevator systems, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Coordinate and schedule service calls, preventative maintenance, and emergency repairs, optimizing technician resources and ensuring timely service delivery.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure that all service work meets company standards and regulatory requirements, conducting audits and inspections as necessary.
  • Monitor and manage inventory for parts, tools, and equipment needed for elevator maintenance and repairs, ensuring availability and timely procurement.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and local building codes. Maintain safety standards for both employees and clients.
  • Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, providing guidance and support to the team when complex problems arise.
  • Oversee the maintenance budget, track expenses, and identify areas to reduce costs while maintaining service quality.
  • Track and report on service performance metrics, such as response time, completion time, and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement training programs to improve technical skills, safety awareness, and customer service for all service staff.

Qualifications:

  • years of experience in elevator maintenance, service, or related technical roles, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or management position.
  • Strong knowledge of elevator systems, components, and troubleshooting techniques. Familiarity with different elevator brands and technologies is a plus.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage a team of technicians, including scheduling, performance evaluation, and training.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate effectively with clients and resolve concerns promptly.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot and solve technical problems.
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities, capable of handling multiple tasks and priorities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php35, Php45,000.00 per month
