The role of Fibre Design Coordinator is to ensure all plans and documents related to Joint completion Inspection submitted and have complied with the required standards of the organization.

Responsibilitiess.

· Check and verify installation based on the Telstra Studies duct order and PIPE install plan.

· Ensure as built and manner of installation complies and adheres to Telstra Technical Maintenance rule and standard.

· Escalate and coordinate to FOPS/Design team concerning the issues found to resolve discrepancy and/or dispute.

· Ensure data recorded is up to date and matches Telstra database of records (DBOR).

· Process and submit request form for Joint Completion Inspection (JCI), Construction Finalisation Document (CFD) and Cancellation Completion Advise/Inspection (CCA/CCI) to Telstra.

· Investigate JCI and CFD rejections from Telstra and coordinate this to PM or contractor for rectification.

· Track and record responses received from Telstra and its cost.

· Escalate and coordinate with Upper Management and/or Telstra cases found in the Issue Register

· Upload plans and form to Telstra Dropbox for projects with special cases.

· Coordinate with PIPE GIS for JCI Variation found during JCI and CFD process.

· Ensure JIRA is accurate and updated for daily accomplishment report.

· Uploading of Record/Document on its corresponding IX Folder and to JIRA.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience Requirements:

· Candidate must possess a University/College Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering, Architecture and Drafting, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Geographical Science, Geology/Geophysics, Mathematics or Business Administration.

· Must have 1-2 years OSP/ISP experience in telecommunications

· Working knowledge of Fibre Optic deployment requirements.

· Understand and able to interpret in building installation plans.

· Sound understanding of telecommunications physical construction.

· Expertise in Excel and Visio is an advantage.

· Has strong analytical thinking.
